in a mixing tin add 3⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice, 3⁄4 oz. simple syrup, 2 oz. xxx bourbon. Quickly dry shake this cocktail and pour into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish ornately with seasonal fruits, citrus,
