In a mixing tin add 1 Traverse City cocktail cherry, with a barspoon of the syrup, 1 lemon wedge, 1⁄2 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1⁄2 oz. simple syrup, 1 1⁄4 oz. Traverse City American Cherry. Add ice an shake until ingredients are mixing and properly chilled. Approximately 10 seconds. Using a fine mesh and hawthorne strainer, double strain cocktail into a flute or coupe glass. Top with 3 oz. of sparkling wine. Garnish with a cherry and lemon twist.
